Examples include a 450,000 square-foot building for the United States Census Bureau at the River Ridge facility, a 93,000-square-foot research and development facility for MedVenture Technology Corp. in Jeffersonville's NorthPort Business Centre, and a $25 million 662,000 square-foot distribution facility in Shepherdsville's Cedar Grove Business Park.
